Nate grew Sterling Jewelers from a 32 store chain in 1977 to over 1,000 stores with annual sales of $1 billion by the time he left the company in 1995. A true visionary, Nate created the category killer "Jared-The Galleria of Jewelry" in 1993. Today, there are nearly 200 Jared stores nationwide.

But more than these outstanding professional achievements, Nate is best known for the close and long-lasting relationships he has nurtured and developed with associates and suppliers alike throughout his career.

In 1998, Nate became Chairman and CEO of NEW (National Electronics Warranty Corp.), the leader in extended service and buyer protection plans. Working with top retailers and manufacturers across the nation, NEW's revenue grew from $43 million to over $200 million under his watch. In 2006, NEW was acquired by Berkshire Partners for more than $1 billion.

In 2007, Nate received the jewelry industry’s highest honor - the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Gem Society. To mention just a few of the many additional honors Nate has received, in 1995 he received the Retail Hall of Fame Award and has also been recognized for his outstanding work in various charitable organizations including the Anti-Defamation League, Brandeis University and The Foundation Fighting Blindness.

Currently, Nate serves as Counselor and is a member of the Executive Committee of the South Palm Beach chapter of SCORE, a national association dedicated to helping small business owners grow their businesses.

Bob has held a wide range of executive positions including CEO, COO, and CFO of highly regarded multinational corporations in the pharmaceuticals, consumer products, printing, hydraulics, education, and broadcasting businesses.

Bob served as CEO of The Brown Schools, a national psychiatric hospital and emotional growth educational institution, and CEO of Denison Hydraulics, a multi-national manufacturer and marketer of hydraulic motors. He also held CFO positions at American Home Products (Food and Drug Divisions), Gulf & Western (Athena Communications) and Kohlberg & Co. (Printing Arts America). Bob also served in a number of financial executive positions with Columbia Broadcasting System and as a Senior Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. His consulting experience includes positions as Operating Affiliate with McCown DeLeeuw, a private equity investment firm and as a Senior Associate with the crisis management consulting firm Nightingale & Associates. As President of Insight Consulting Group, Bob advised numerous companies in need of operational efficiencies.

Bob's core competencies include: operations, crisis and interim management, organizational and operations restructuring, cost reduction and value creation, acquisition due diligence, divestitures, debt restructure design, and bankruptcy strategies and management.

Bob serves as Assistant District Director of SCORE South Florida and as Counselor and member of the Executive Committee of the South Palm Beach Chapter of SCORE, a national association dedicated to helping small business owners form and grow their businesses. He has served as President of the Board of Governors of Ironhorse Country Club in West Palm Beach.

Janel has nearly twenty years of marketing and advertising experience with both business-to-consumer and business-to-business organizations. Typically working with small and medium sized businesses, she has valuable knowledge on how process improvements in agile organizations can quickly translate to higher profitability. She whole-heartedly believes in a customer-centric approach to business challenges. She has provided consulting services with a focus on marketing, finance, and technology.

Janel's core competencies include: strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, direct marketing, catalog marketing, market segmentation, market research, database design, customer satisfaction, and personnel management.

Janel has a B.A. in English from Oakland University and an M.B.A. in Marketing, Management, and IT from the University of South Florida.
